Join us on this incredible 4-day Journey of Yoga & Self-Love!
We will show you how to Take Care of yourself with Love & most importantly How To Become number ONE in your life.
While this retreat will be filled with wonderful moments of relaxation, joy and self-care, we will also explore your inner being to help you understand what self-love is and how to integrate it into your daily life.
Self-Love is a state of being in which you treat yourself with the highest sense of respect, love and compassion. Taking care of your own needs is crucial to your well-being and overall happiness.
Departing from this principle, we will guide you on an inner journey of self-exploration by using a set of coaching techniques, various meditations, group healing and yogic practices.
The goal of this retreat is to make you feel unique, release stuck emotions and heal your wounds so you can create a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

WHO ARE WE?
Monika Odzganova
Monika Odzganova, originally from Slovakia, is an experienced Yoga and Meditation Teacher who has dedicated her heart to the yoga practice and extensively travelled to India to learn Yogic philosophy and practices from the source. Yoga has deeply impacted her life and transformed her way of living, therefore, she has decided to become a yoga teacher to pass on this passion to others.
Since 2018, she has been sharing her experience with students across Germany, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Bali and most recently in Portugal.
She’ll be guiding you through morning Pranayama and Asana practices as well as through some dynamic and more peaceful meditation practices.
Stéphanie Desquerre
Stephanie is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and Men & Women Circle facilitator from France. She is a nomad at heart and travelled around the world for a decade. She spent 2 years in Bali learning about yoga and meditation, and years in Europe, South America and Oceania where she experienced the power of inner transformation, holistic health and universal energy. One word that really defines her is Freedom.
Few years ago, she suffered from burnout and depression, which forced her to question the way she was living her life. She realized she was constantly living in her mind, trapped in negative thought patterns, anxiety, and unable to set healthy boundaries for herself. Personal and spiritual development became her priority in life, as well as maintaining a daily Self-Love and Self-Care routine.
Today, she supports people through their own self-discovery and inner transformation process.

The retreat will be held in a beautiful villa with a swimming-pool in Santo Isidoro, 5 minutes drive from Ericeira, beautiful garden and delicious Vegan homemade food.

Number of participants: limited to 8 people.
To secure your spot: a non-refundable deposit of 200€ is required. The rest of the payment will be due 1 month prior to the start of the retreat.

By Uber/taxi from Lisbon airport (30 minutes) which costs between 30€ and 45€. We recommend using this option.
By bus (2h30) which goes through Lisbon.
